Before founding happyasset at the end of 2023, Philipp strengthened his expertise and leadership skills in his positions as Senior Asset Manager at CATELLA in Munich and as Head of Asset Management at EKAZENT, also in Munich. ... read more
His real estate career began in 2004 with an apprenticeship as a real estate manager (IHK), followed by extensive studies in real estate (Bachelor and Double Master) at the University of Regensburg (IREBS) and a one-year stay abroad at Hong Kong University (HKU).
Subsequently, Philipp worked as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. Tobias Just at the IREBS while completing his doctorate. Philipp was awarded the research prize of the German Real Estate Academy (DIA) for his cumulative dissertation.
This sound mix of academic and practical training and experience is the basis for Philipp’s creative and thoughtful approach and is a key component of his success in the industry.
